Terms and Conditions for Bonding Blends Tea Workshops and Tastings

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all tea workshops and tastings organized by Bonding Blends. By booking a workshop or tasting, participants agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required when booking to secure your spot.
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.
- Workshop prices are per person, stated in euros, and include 21% VAT.
- Discount codes can be used for workshops unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Adjusted rates and travel costs may apply to on-site, customized, or group workshops (more than 10 people). The total price will be communicated in writing before finalizing the agreement.
- Bonding Blends reserves the right to change workshop prices. If a price change occurs between registration and execution, the workshop will be held at the price valid on the registration date.
3. Changes to Bookings
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Registrations
- Registration must be done via the contact form on the website.
- If insufficient participants register, you will be notified at least 4 days before the workshop starts.
- Each workshop has limited availability. Customized workshops can be arranged upon request.
- If a workshop is fully booked, you may join the waiting list by emailing azar@bondingblends.com with your full name, email address, and phone number.
- If a spot becomes available in a fully booked workshop, or if enough registrations are received to schedule an additional workshop, those on the waiting list will be notified as soon as possible to register.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 8 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 8 days before the event are non-refundable.
- In cases of serious illness or urgent personal circumstances (e.g., the death of a close family member), Bonding Blends may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at its discretion. Documentation may be required.
- If Bonding Blends cancels a workshop or tasting, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If a participant cannot attend, they may arrange for a substitute. Please notify us via email with the substitute’s name, phone number, and email address.
- Bonding Blends reserves the right to cancel a workshop or tasting if the minimum number of participants is unmet. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in such cases.
- If a workshop is canceled or postponed, you will be notified via email at least 7 days before the start date. Check your spam folder as well.
6. Liability and Damages
- Participants attend workshops and tastings at their own risk.
- Bonding Blends is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
- Damages caused by participants to Bonding Blends’ materials or those of the workshop venue will be charged to the participant based on replacement value or repair costs.
- Materials provided during the workshop remain the property of Bonding Blends and must be handled carefully.
- If Bonding Blends is held liable, liability is limited to the workshop fees paid. This also applies to on-site workshops.
7. Conduct and Safety
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the host and other attendees.
- Bonding Blends reserves the right to refuse service or remove any disruptive, intoxicated, or safety-risk participant and exclude them from future workshops without refunding the fees paid.
8. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
- Participants must inform Bonding Blends of allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the event.
- While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, Bonding Blends is not responsible for allergic reactions.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
- Participants should ensure they are healthy before attending a workshop or tasting.
- Bonding Blends is not responsible for any health issues arising during or after participation.
10. Late Arrivals
- Participants are expected to arrive on time.
- No refunds will be issued for missed portions of the event.
11. Force Majeure
- Bonding Blends is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, strikes).
- In such cases, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Bonding Blends will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible.
12. Workshop Materials
- Unless stated otherwise, the price includes materials provided during the workshop (e.g., printed guides, tea samples, accessories).
- Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, published, or resold without permission.
13. Photography and Media
- Recording any part of a workshop is only permitted with Bonding Blends’ and other participants’ consent.
- Bonding Blends may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. Please inform us before the event if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
14. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided during booking will only be used for event communication and will not be shared with third parties.
15. Complaints
- If you have a complaint about a workshop, discuss it on-site during the event. Bonding Blends aims to ensure a pleasant experience for all participants.

- Agreements between Bonding Blends and participants are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

17. Other Provisions
- Bonding Blends reserves the right to alter workshop content.
- Bonding Blends reserves the right to change the workshop location if necessary.
