<\/span>If prices increase between the time of a paid order and its delivery, the agreed price will still apply.<\/span>
<\/span>All prices are listed in euros, including VAT (9% or 21%) and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.<\/span>

4. Agreement & Delivery<\/b><\/h3>\n
<\/span>Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.<\/span>
<\/span>If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the agreement at no cost.<\/span><\/p>\n5. Withdrawal & Returns<\/b><\/h3>\n
<\/span>After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.<\/span>
<\/span>If the entire order is returned, the full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded.<\/span>
<\/span>Return shipping costs are at your own expense.<\/span>
<\/span>Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.<\/span>
<\/span>Customized or personalized products and unsealed items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.<\/span>
