General<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all tea workshops and tastings organized by Bonding Blends. By booking a workshop or tasting, participants agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. Booking and Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full payment is required when booking to secure your spot.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.<\/li>\n<li>Workshop prices are per person, stated in euros, and include 21% VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Discount codes can be used for workshops unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted rates and travel costs may apply to on-site, customized, or group workshops (more than 10 people). The total price will be communicated in writing before finalizing the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends reserves the right to change workshop prices. If a price change occurs between registration and execution, the workshop will be held at the price valid on the registration date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. Changes to Bookings<\/h2>\n<p>Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. Registrations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration must be done via the contact form on the website.<\/li>\n<li>If insufficient participants register, you will be notified at least 4 days before the workshop starts.<\/li>\n<li>Each workshop has limited availability. Customized workshops can be arranged upon request.<\/li>\n<li>If a workshop is fully booked, you may join the waiting list by emailing <a href=\"mailto:azar@bondingblends.com\">azar@bondingblends.com<\/a> with your full name, email address, and phone number.<\/li>\n<li>If a spot becomes available in a fully booked workshop, or if enough registrations are received to schedule an additional workshop, those on the waiting list will be notified as soon as possible to register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations made at least 8 days before the event will receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made less than 8 days before the event are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>In cases of serious illness or urgent personal circumstances (e.g., the death of a close family member), Bonding Blends may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at its discretion. Documentation may be required.<\/li>\n<li>If Bonding Blends cancels a workshop or tasting, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.<\/li>\n<li>If a participant cannot attend, they may arrange for a substitute. Please notify us via email with the substitute\u2019s name, phone number, and email address.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends reserves the right to cancel a workshop or tasting if the minimum number of participants is unmet. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in such cases.<\/li>\n<li>If a workshop is canceled or postponed, you will be notified via email at least 7 days before the start date. Check your spam folder as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6. Liability and Damages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants attend workshops and tastings at their own risk.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.<\/li>\n<li>Damages caused by participants to Bonding Blends\u2019 materials or those of the workshop venue will be charged to the participant based on replacement value or repair costs.<\/li>\n<li>Materials provided during the workshop remain the property of Bonding Blends and must be handled carefully.<\/li>\n<li>If Bonding Blends is held liable, liability is limited to the workshop fees paid. This also applies to on-site workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>7. Conduct and Safety<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the host and other attendees.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends reserves the right to refuse service or remove any disruptive, intoxicated, or safety-risk participant and exclude them from future workshops without refunding the fees paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>8. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants must inform Bonding Blends of allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the event.<\/li>\n<li>While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, Bonding Blends is not responsible for allergic reactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>9. Health and Safety Disclaimer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants should ensure they are healthy before attending a workshop or tasting.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends is not responsible for any health issues arising during or after participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>10. Late Arrivals<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants are expected to arrive on time.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be issued for missed portions of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>11. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonding Blends is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, strikes).<\/li>\n<li>In such cases, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>12. Workshop Materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Unless stated otherwise, the price includes materials provided during the workshop (e.g., printed guides, tea samples, accessories).<\/li>\n<li>Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, published, or resold without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>13. Photography and Media<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording any part of a workshop is only permitted with Bonding Blends\u2019 and other participants&#8217; consent.<\/li>\n<li>Bonding Blends may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. Please inform us before the event if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>14. Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Personal information provided during booking will only be used for event communication and will not be shared with third parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>15. Complaints<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have a complaint about a workshop, discuss it on-site during the event. Bonding Blends aims to ensure a pleasant experience for all participants.<\/li>\n<li>For unresolved complaints, email <a href=\"mailto:azar@bondingblends.com\">azar@bondingblends.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Agreements between Bonding Blends and participants are governed exclusively by Dutch law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>16.
