General Terms and Conditions – Bonding Blends

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, and agreements between Bonding Blends and you as a consumer.
Placing an order implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The checkout process can only be completed after you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Prices

Bonding Blends reserves the right to change prices, especially if required by legal regulations.
If prices increase between the time of a paid order and its delivery, the agreed price will still apply.
All prices are listed in euros, including VAT (9% or 21%) and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products or services offered. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind us.

3. Payment

Payment must be made via the available methods at checkout.

4. Agreement & Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the agreement at no cost.

5. Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If the entire order is returned, the full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.
Customized or personalized products and unsealed items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
To return your order, please use the Withdrawal Form or email retour@bondingblends.com with your name and order number.

6. Complaints, Warranty & Governing Law

Is a product damaged or defective? Please contact us at Azar@bondingblends.com as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
