In the traditional method, fresh jasmine flowers are layered with the tea leaves, allowing the scent to be naturally absorbed before the blossoms are carefully removed. This time-honoured technique, practiced in China for over a thousand years, creates a tea that is both fragrant and pure, never perfumed, always authentic.

Brewing Tips:
Steeping time: 1–3 minutes
Water temperature: 75–80 °C
Dosage: 4–5 heaped teaspoons per litre
